Is the python programming language same for PCs and MACs?

Not the interpreter, the actual language(syntax).

Yes its virtually the same. There are some commands that are different (in the sys or os modules or something like that- because they refer to OS-specific things) but on the whole its the same on Mac, Windows and Linux

Yes, but syntax issues are dealt with in the OS specific versions.
