Do you have an Asda store near you, if you do check out the George clothes department if its the same as mine the changing rooms are indiviual but unisex so you can wander around the store pick up a few things and just slip into the changing rooms if you still feel awkward perhaps you have a sister or good friend who would go with you they could take the items into the changing area and just let you have them before you enter a cubicle.
I think if you stick to larger stores most will be happy to let you try things on just try to be brave and ask an assistant for some help if they refuse well what have you lost just smile say thanks anyway and leave the store, no harm done.
Also may be worth trying a few charity shops they have great outfits at great prices and their staff are usally a bit more relaxed.
I wish you all the luck in the world with this just keep looking i am sure you will find somewhere that you can shop.

Going out of their properties with out shirt on. this is okay for me in the event that they have have been given a six %., yet come on, the individuals i'm speaking approximately are those with huge tummy flabs bouncing up and down as they walk... this is freakin' disgusting.

The usual thing is to telephone in advance any shop that takes your fancy and simply ask ~~
