My face is quite pinkish these few days. Why? Heatiness or any other problems?

Some venereal diseases can cause a pink rash on various parts of the body. Have you been using protection with your "significant other"? I can be caused by a heat rash...but you failed to mention where you live. And heat exhaustion from excessive exercise cab cause it. More information is needed to decided.

Try applying some moisturizing facial lotion.

I think its the wheather, emotion (especially blushing) or after an intense activity (workout). I think its more of the wheather.
