the size of my penis is 13 inches i think it is too big icant hold it round with a single hand if it is erect it reaches above my bellypoint and can be easily visible what should i do?please help

Let's see - so far you don't know how to tell your parents you are gay and now you tell us that you could make a horse jealous. (You will be popular with some guys and not as much with others).
When you get an erection just think of a naked girl instead of a naked guy or get outer clothes that are a bit looser. Wear briefs/boxerbriefs or a jockstrap instead of plain boxers to keep things in check.

Well that's bad luck for the ladies. I can't imagine an actual lady that would want to have sex with a man of that size (according to my other lady friends).
I think there is surgery available for a reduction but I don't think surgery is always the best answer.
I'm finding it hard to believe you are being truthful about your condition. sorry

It sounds like you have to get into porn or seriously look into a reduction surgery.
