As her daughter, I can tell you there is no other possible suspect in my mind. He was emotionally abusive to her 100% of the time and I know phyically abusive at least once. Will he get away with it, likely at this point. The pain of losing her is almost too much for me and kids to handle at times. The only solice being, if he did this he'll surely burn in hell. Thanks for caring.
