I was probably about 12 years old.
However, I did see it on a menu, at a Perth eating place called "Fast Eddies" recently - might just be tempted to get one next time. Good memories.
I think it might be called Spider only in Australia?? I have heard it in other countries called a "coke float" but then what do they call it when its made with lemonade or solo?

I always have a rasberry spider when I go to the Pancake Parlour here in Melbourne.

I have gone off spider drinks since I spouted 8 legs, venmous fangs and ate half of England. Chavs are hard to get out of your teeth.

I was holding a bottle of coke and a spider swung in. After landing on the coke it again swung out. I poured it down the drain(the coke).
