i have downloaded a film but it is zipped up in a rar file every time i try to extract it,it asks me for a password there are directions with it in a read me file on how to get the password but it seems to be bogus is there anyway around it so i can extract the file without the password by bypassing it or something please help

No, RAR password is not easy if not impossible to crack, so unless you have the correct passord, you will be wasting your time.
There are software on the market claim to crack it, but from experience, none I have tested (and I have tested many) seem to work, the one that does, are only on short dictionary words or something short, if the password for example is an email address,forget it.

Right click on the file which you wants to convert in to RAR file. Now Go into archieve and than go in to advance and click on password.

try googling the exact name of the file you've downloaded, some sites should list the password...
