sometimes C but most times F. i just stand there and laugh sometimes i can't do anything else. or i'm just driving by. i once saw this lady bite it she had her headphones on and she was sing and skiping and she didnt' see the bump in the sidewalk and she bit it. hard too, but i was just driving by and it was funny so i laughed, i felt bad but it was really funny. hey i laugh at myself when i fall. or trip or what ever.

depends on who it is, if it's a prissy girl or "thug" dude, I'd point and laugh. If it was an elderly person, I'd help them up (sans giggles)
