You could try the the Catholic Directory available from all good Catholic Bookshops!

There's one just by Westminster Cathedral

Also, try looking on the web for the under Catholic or Roman Catholic and you will find details of the different Dioceses

I don't know about C of E schools but you can find all Catholic schools, independent, voluntary aided and voluntary controlled in the relevant Dioceses Directory. Westminster, Brentford, Southwark and Arundel will give you a good start! They are listed by Parish.
