i dont know where you live, but if you are in blore go to rock around the clock, a dance company headed by prithvi and ree. they really know how to dance and more importantly, they are great teachers.
they taught me how to dance and in just a couple of days i knew that my movements were more fluid, more easy and i felt so much more confidant.
contact them through their website:

Dancing is a lot of fun and not that hard once you get the hang of it, I go out dancing a couple of time a week.
Check around where you live for someone or someplace that does dance lessons. Community Park and Rec services will usually offer classes, clubs that have a dance floor will usually have classes also. Check the yellow pages or do an on line search for an Arthur Murry studio, I delivered mail to one on my old route so I know they are out there.
Good luck,
Clark

get drunk first. haha. that always helps you loosen up and dance. if you don't want to make a fool of yourself, better to just get tipsy.
