Love God with all your heart, soul, and mind.
Love your neighbor as yourself.
Morals follow a general consensus for the whole population. So folks that say it's a personal 'choice' are way out of line. We know that no two people are exactly alike. But that doesn' corrupt the idea of generalized cultural ethics / morals for a group.

This could very easily turn into a religious discussion but, basically, if you look at virtues or what you believe is right and good then that should give you a good idea of "good moral values."

For example:
- Honesty
- To be caring
- Lovingness
- Humbleness
- Respectfulness
- Kindness
- Faithfulness
