Any, or none. They are all kind of the same, with some variation in quality. The trouble with dance sneakers is their sole is too wide. in Latin dances, as a lady, you really want to brush your feet. Dance sneaker's wide sole always gets in the way. If you want zero heel, consider jazz shoes. My teacher likes to wear them for her countless hours of teaching.

Don't use sneakers for Salsa. You won't be able to move as well and could cause injury to your ankles, knees or groin.
Your steps are smaller, faster and you will change direction quickly and you don't need to stick.
If you notice, the person you are learning from will change their shoes from class to club, but they usually use a low heel shoe. This keeps your calf muscles from cramping.

You could try the dance pump...it is a small healed character shoe with a sueded bottom(like most salsa shoes) it is flexible and comfortable without being too high or hurting your arches.
