Hey apreston60, clearly changing the batteries is not really what a normal person does, just look at others answers!

no you definitely have to get all the use out of them first. my battery power has been low for monthst now, but if you push the button hard enough and fast enough and hold it at just the right angle, the remote still works, so its totally worth it. who needs new batteries? haha...suckers.

I press the buttons harder. It's only after sometimes that I change the batteries.

No I take the batteries out and put them in differently. Gives the dang thing a couple more months of life. I use it up before I replace it lol!

Yeah right. ME do something as sensible as change the batteries? I press so hard the buttons get loose and my thumb cramps up.

press the chit out of the buttons sometimes even smack the remote lol till i finally change the batteries lol

take the batteries out and turn them around. I don't know why but mine usually last a few more weeks the first time. Then less and less each time

no i slap the remote. it works for alil' while longer. at least till my husband comes around then i make him go out and gets some batteries. cuz i never have any spares.
