Ive bought and sold lots on Ebay the goods normally arrive by parsal post or the the normal post system you can mark the performance of sellers, its not good for them to get bad marks so the usually come up with the goods,If you pay by paypal your good are insured up to around £300.00 I have never had any problems at all.

Generally the sellers add on the price of postage and post the items to the buyers. Sometimes they allow the buyers to pick up the items from their address or another address. So generally they don't deliver at all.
