Ther is no president of Dubai. Shaykh Maktum bin Rashid al-Maktum has been the ruler of Dubai since 1990. He is also the Vice-President of UAE.

contrary what is written above Dubai cannot refer to one of the 7 emirates. it is the name of one emirate.

mr. tafi75 what you said is no diffrent than what ZAIN said , he said that dubai is one of the emirates , and you said its the name of one emirate SO WHATS THE DIFFRENCE ??!!

the name of the president of all emirates is mentioned already by both of you , and shiekh muhammed bin rashed aal maktoum is the ruler of dubai they dont call him president .

but mr .bhaiyoo still dosent know that shiekh maktoum is dead (may his soul rest in peace) and his brother shiekh muhammed bin rashed aal maktoum is his successor .
