I try to remind myself that things could be a helluva lot worse.

I have a roof over my head, food in the fridge, my husband and kids love me. Other then a few minor things we have our health...........so I really don't have to much to complain about!

We may not always have what we "want" but we always have what we "need".

depends on the day or time if its ok to take a walk and just air out or go to the park and watch little ones play theres nothing more peacful then kids i don't really know it depends on that moment i dont like to let myself get down i try to think of nothing but the best out of all situations dont always work but i try

don t think about things that will make you blue .....think of positive things like....things that you enjoy doin or that put a smile on your face ,feeling blue is just a state of the mind ,you can always change what you feel anytime you want to.

listen to bach, the immortal god of harmony and wonder how anyone can play the instruments and even more amazing is how could anyone have written such a wondrous thing. that and a fat piece of chocolate birthday cake!

by calling my husband if I'm at work.

or by asking him to HUG me if I'm home with him.

but if I'm feeling blue because of him... then... i get a load of movies and watch them one after the other....

I sit and sulk then think what the Hell, and watch some comedy or get my rabbits out.

I listen to music.....sometimes that is the only thing that helps or I come talk to my friends at Y!A. : )
