Hi all!

In the anna university website, regarding the admission details (i.e the no. of seats in each course), they have displayed as

60 (regular) in Computer Science & Engineering
60 (S.S) in Computer Science & Engineering
& etc. etc/

Actually what is that "S.S".
I think that means Self Supporting. & if its that, what do u mean by Sself Supporting. Does that mean like self financing, meaning that we can get that seat thru management quota????

Those seats are reserved for students of "Secret Societies". =<)

SS is self supporting, to me more precise its the NRI Quota and the industrial Quota.as far getting seats in the "managment Quota" goes,it would depend on how good your parents political connections are
