best video card for close to $100?

I have a PC that runs ok but I would like to up grade I have a ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 256MB. I play a lot of games but my cash flow is'nt that high. Anyone?

( looks like you use Intel D101 GGC1 or 2 or something like that).Here is what you can get.

Nvidia Geforce 6600 GS, 7300
ATI X300, X550, X1300, X1400
