what is the best way to find a legit talent agency or manager. i need some info on the acting and voice over.

I am a 47 yr old retired firefighter \ medic. all my friends and family want me to play willie or do voice overs and acting. i would love a chance to do that. i auditioned in vegas about 7 yrs ago, but could not make the move. well, i can now. thanks for any info.. if something comes of this, i will make it well worth your time.......thanks

A legitimate Talent Agent can only take a 10% commission from the money you make as a performer. If there is ever a problem with an agent take more than his 10% commison, report him/her to the Department of Labor in your state.
