The plot in every Spiderman movie. Villain kidnaps Mary Jane, holds her for ransom in a public spotlight.
Spiderman comes to the rescue. Isn't this so repetitive ?
If I were prone to kidnappings, I would carry an Uzi or sawed-off shotgun everywhere I go. At least pepper spray ?

It seems as if the director could only think of getting mary jane kidnapped.Yeah, it does sound quite dumb u know,always that the villain of the movie kidnaps Mary Jane, holds her for ransom in a public spotlight and then her hero spiderman comes to the rescue.This has begun to bug me whenever i see a S-M movie or a trailer.This and her stupid acting.But just like u said at least a pepper spray should be considered mandatory although she must have realised that guys like sandman and venom cant be defeated with pepper sprays?'Cos if it could defeat them then why Spider man?

I dont mind Mary Jane but I've found recently that she really annoys me! It's always the same with her, she gets kidnapped, screams her head off on national tv and spidey saves her. It would be a bit repetitive but like theres usually a different story to the villian or whatever going on as well but still I've just been finding her more and more annoying in the recent movies!

If it isn't Mary Jane, then it's Aunt May. That's been the staple of the series since its inception.
What if Gilligan had an inflatable raft? Sure, they'd be rescued, but we wouldn't have had three wonderful seasons of Ginger and Mary Ann.

I guess that's the price she has to pay to be Spiderman's girlfriend, right?
The only upside to it is she gets to be rescued by spiderman again and again...each time more dramatically...then she gets to be whisked off away, while he swings her to safety (that always seems to remind me of the Tarzan - Jane equation!...do you think it's intended?)

that why he is able to show his action skills, hence this makes the movie hit !!
