No, not at this point.

They sold a bunch of SF properties last year to focus in more consistently on their more profitable parks, etc.

At this point, what's sold is sold. But that doesn't mean if they got an offer they (Dan Snyder) couldn't refuse, that he wouldn't consider divesting of more properties!

No, Magic Mountain is not closing but it will not be a Six Flags park anymore.
