You can get pregnant anytime, as long as you're fertile. Chances are greatest 14 days after the start of your last cycle.

I was on Birth control for 10 years before starting to try and get pregnant. The doctor told me it could take up to 6 months before I could get pregnant (because I was on it for so long) It took 9 months before I conceived.

Now for your other question usually about 2 weeks after my period I can feel my ovaries ovulating. It's kind of a semi sharp pain. And it alternates each month (ovaries take turns. The left one month and the right the next).

You might want to get one of those basal thermometers and maybe get one of those ovulation prediction kits/tests. I have been told they are a lot like pregnancy tests.

well, I had been on the pill (ortho-tri-cyclin) for 10 years (non-stop!) and last Oct. I was given an antibiotic for an ear infection and only took the antibiotic for 3 days and it completely de-activated my birth control pills .. wam bam! no more period ..
I am now 33 weeks pregnant with a very healthy baby boy :)
You can instantly become pregnant when coming off of the pill .. me and my baby are living proof! :)
good luck! God bless!

How long were you on birth control for??? That could play a big role in you getting pregnant. My friend and his wife had to try "A LOT" to get pregnant because she was on birth control for so long she wasn't able to conceive for a couple months after she stopped taking it.

It's possible to get pregnant at anytime of the month.
