I tried to do it discreetly, however the black bubbles on the ceilings, wait come closer , this is a secret...

If it's really unbearable, I can usually manage to dicreetly shift around enough to rub the itch away without going digging. If that doesn't work, I excuse myself and go somewhere private, no matter how important what I'm doing.
