If you remember that what we don't want is also a want, then there is no 'if'. However from the point of view of the world or the universe, what we want is whatever we are focusing on.
This is the part that we don't seem to be able to understand.
ie. If a student is worried about getting a bad grade on a test, what happens? First of all the studying done produces little in the way of clear understanding of the material, little in the way of clear memory, a loss of ability to express the answers, and so on. The worse it gets, the worse it gets. So if the student wants a good grade, then common sense will dictate that focus on excellent grades is the way to go to attract the best results.

We would be just like animals. We would lose our intelligence, our wills, our hopes, and our passions. Civilization will no longer exist since there will be no thrive to be better since what we have is good enough. The world won't be so much of a chaos since we all would be couch-potatoes who feed out of a tube and change the channels telepathically.
Our limps would become deformed and eventually obsolete since we have no use for it 'cus why move a muscle since we can get anything we want just by wanting it. We'll probably end up with a gigantic head 'cus we would only use our brain.
This could be a really good sci-fi story!

Bad bad bad bad bad.
What if the person who hates people so much is the one person to always get what they want. They'd be killing people here and there and all sorts of rubbish.
The worlds a pretty bad place right now, but i can guarantee if i had powers that immense, i would stuff the world up big time..........

It was a day, like another other day, JVA1999 had gone to work and she felt like it too nice a day. She wanted to go to the beach. Her boss was passing by, and he said JV (her nickname) why don't you take the day off. She walked outside just as a local car dealer was giving away a free Ferrari. Here young lady, why don't you take it? She drove to the beach and met with all her friends and lived happily ever after. She ate ice cream and never gained an ounce. Actually, that doesn't sound too bad. It does sound like a Twilight Zone plot though.

But it is already! The only problem is that we don't connect the dots and see that we get what we want and need to learn, grow and evolve into better human beings. Our ego just keeps fighting for gratification and our soul keeps on creating situations for our growth.

Pretty crapper. No thankfullness, no consideration, no awe, no wonderment, no goals to try and achieve, no reason to work or go to work. Wars would be ten-fold as bad as jealousy overtakes those with difference of opinion and taste in what they like and what they want. No boundaries. It would be terrible and pointless

If we always got what we wanted, we wouldn't not have any boundaries, are laws that govern us. Where there is no law there is no order, and no reason to give God praise.

chaos.complete chaos. although of the wants of some people may "cancel out" with others and wont have much of an effect. people will be...dunno happier? but then it might be bad, cos we get what we want and no what we need...agh i'm all confused now =/
