Every high has a low, and every time you take a drug it gets harder to let it go down the road. A weekend recreational user can go through major upheaval for years when he/she tries to quit for good. Enjoy it while you're young, but don't kid yourself.... It's going to be a b*tch one day.

My suggestion - Don't do it again. If you have anxiety at all over taking a drug, perscription or otherwise the general rule is stay away from it! XTC in particular can be very dangerous as it can be laced with PCP or other bad drugs that you weren't prepared to injest. Although it isn't likely, it can happen and you should just be safe and not do it at all.

But if you must, you should do it like you said with a few close friends at a safe environment, music, toys and maybe games to keep you entertained... And keep a telephone close by in the case u feel the need to talk to a friend who can come and pick you up or just to talk with in the case u feel upset again.

There is no perfect environment for that. Each person's biology and psychological makeup are different, and the drug can have different effects each time its taken.

XTC (MDMA) has been shown to destroy brain cells and to cause long-term memory problems, so as pleasant (or unpleasant) as it can be, it's best not to take it at all.

The one in which Police escort you to the bathroom to flush that garbage down the toilet. Fool!
