How do i get an eevee in pokemon diamond?

i beat the elite four and i havent seen all pokemon but im too lazy to search all pokemon haha but i heard there is another way the get eevee by talking to the guy at the pokemon mansion but when i talk to him he talks about how cool his garden is and doesnt ask any questions like whats in the garden. like his butler doesnt go in the back. i wanna know how the butler can ask me those questions so i can see when an eevee is in the backyard.

You can obtain an eevee in Hearthome city, from the woman in the house next to the Pokemon center, just say yes to her question.

Ok I'll help you sir! Requierments: Have beaten The Elite Four. Must konw where Hearthome City is. Must have an open slot for the Eevee. Must know where the Poke Mansion is at. 1st Method: OK. Once you had beaten the Elite Four, Dawn/Lucas is going to be outside of Roman's Office. And she'll tell you that "BEBE" is waiting for you. So Fly to Hearthome City, and I think she is sokmewhere close to the Pokemon Center! Once you find her talk to her, and she'll give you an Eevee! 2nd Method OK... Since you know where the Poke Mansion is, talk to the owner in the first - right door when you have entered. Talk to him and he'll give you permision to go to the Trophy Garden (North of the entrence), and there you'll fing numberless kinds of Pokemon! And one of them is the unique Eevee! You get an eevee from Bebe and she is at the house beside the pokemon center in hearthome city. the eevee is lv.1 or 5, maybe 10?? i can't remember.
