Its a wig that he stitched on the back of his neck. its really a failed experiment since the hair only grew in that area.

It's a patch of hair, it's a trend that he started that no one apparently has followed thus far, nor will considering he's had it for months now, but hey, he's being an individual, maybe Scott Pollard had an influence on this.

I'd say its kind of like the love patch folks have
under their lip when the don't have a mostache and

i do no longer think of i can arise with something greater suitable than Brillo Pad. it is hilarious. heavily, i think of his barber neglected a gap, and his teammates won't tell him as a results of fact it is so rattling humorous finding.
