anything except driving should be illegal while driving. changing CDs, eating, cell phone, reading, applying makeup, the whole nine yards. that is a dangerous weapon you are behind the wheel of.

I think it should be illegal.People don't pay enough attention as it is.It is very distracting because your definitely not looking at the road when you are texting,therefor you are endangering the lives of everyone around you.
