How do we know Peter and Nathan actually died?
Peter can regenerate. Nathan can fly. Why not fly Peter up, let him go, and fly away? Peter would eventually fall back to Earth and be fine. Nathan would just need to land.
Ya never know...

Nathan did not necessarily die but they needed him to get Peter far enough away that he could blow up without killing anyone and Peter's powers were locked on explode but you don't know that Nathan did not fly so fast that he dropped Peter over water and flew away before the blast could kill him.
and who says Sylar did not die?
Just cause the body is moved does not mean it moved itself. They could be testing his remains. The brain is intact though the heart is dead. Somebody may want his powers and or secrets to his powers.
Next year they learn about the eclipse and the powers and where they come from and how they are passed on and what they are for and who is the big evil. I have a funny feeling that Daddy Petrelli is the big bad wolf and that is why he was supposedly killed. He wants to control it all.

Peter did not fly because he was concentrating on NOT exploding in the middle of NYC. Which is why Nathan came in and flew him up into the air.
Who says Nathan is dead? Who says Peter is dead?
Nathan is a fast enough flyer that he could get away just when Peter was ready to explode.
Peter can heal himself. They specifically pointed out that when they had Mrs Petrelli say "Peter will be fine, he can heal himself". Most likely they will have Molly find Peter, find out if there is anything lodged in his brain, pull it out if there is, and then wait for him to heal.

Peter definatly didn't die, he can heal himself, Nathan could be dead. I think Sylar may be dead because Molly said that there was another bad man, that could see her when she thought of him. One thing is for sure, Heroes definately leaves you wondering.

I dont believe that Peter and Nathan are dead I think they will be coming back next season. They cant kill off two of the hottest characters.
