As a guy, I'd say technically it's the same feeling but there are other factors that make sexual orgasms better. For one, just the emotional/physical "in the moment" experience of sex makes the climax feel much better than sitting home alone with your hand haha. And two, being inside a woman feels much better than your palm : )
