I just started to cry tonight and could not stop. Now I feel exhausted. Is it hormonal?

It is not normal if she is the only one you cry with, so give it a little while and you will find yourself crying with even more people. ;)

Crying during pregnancy is normal and some even say it is healthy.

Aw, sweetie, of course it's normal. Your hormones are doing crazy things and your emotions can be on high volume. Things that might not normally make you cry can have you sobbing your heart out.

If you feel sadness, fear, or just don't even know why you're crying, just let it come. Don't fight it....it will pass. If you have big issues to deal with concerning family or problems, be gentle with yourself. Give yourself lots of care and gentleness.

And remember, most of us women have been in exactly the same place.

Hugs.

, ok, ok, now we could right here from some1 who isn't related to their mom, someone in a similar boat considering the fact that every1 else can in uncomplicated terms see it from the place they're status and not putting there selves in the OP's place. customary isn't the information to be utilizing right here, its climate or no longer its long previous too far, and clearly it has. Coming from some1 in a similar place, no count number what any1 says, there's a point of impact that the in rules deliver into your marriage while this occurs. And from the guy who litteraly wrote the e book on marriage (god), a spouse and a husband are meant to flow away their father and there mom and stick to they're mate. This in its self could regulate how often any a million of them consult with they're mum and dad, each and every now and then ok, on a daily basis????// and distinctive circumstances an afternoon??????? that's wayyyy to lots. while u make a vow to adhere with ur mate for something of your existence, you have chosen them to be your (out) or your (shelter), happening your mom sooo often is quite much like dishonest.

Absolutely! It's normal to cry with your mother, your friend, your partner, your doctor, your children, even the waitress who just served you. I found crying a great relief. It was like a cleansing. I'd be exhausted afterward but it released a tremendous amount of tension. And who needs that anyway especially when you're pregnant.

HI Hon
It is normal to cry, holler, laugh etc. at crazy times while you are pregnant. that's the crazy hormones doing their thing. Your hormones are in such disarray right now and your body is changing so much. You will have many mood swings, but it is ok and perfectly normal. do not worry about it. Enjoy these special days as much as you can. God Bless.

Yes: When you are pregnant (just like when you are on your period) your emotions are everywhere. Some days you can feel so perky and happy and other days you are sad and just gloom. It is normal. It is a part of pregnancy and life in general.
