NBC.com says it's up by 5 A.M. the next day. Also each episode re-airs at 7 P.M. the following Friday on Sc-Fi Channel, if you get the channel.

it should be uploaded on nbc.com by the next day. but if you really want to see it asap you can search for "heroes 23" on dailymotion.com
