please tell me how to do warmup and stretching and do i need to do cool down and stretching after my workout ?
if yes then what shud be done first cooldown or stretching ?
please provide me with the exact routine and the stretching excercises for different body parts in the order it shud be done

take it easy... to many questions
1. Warm up 10-15 minutes
2. Light weights 20-25 minutes
3. Yoga - 10-15 minutes to cool down..
This regime is perfect unless you plan to venture into body building... Exercise is good in moderation ... just good enough to keep you fit.
