I mean does it weaken you physically?

I wouldn't say that it weakens you, but it does seem to have an effect on your testosterone levels. Semen contains very little nutrients, so you're not loosing much when you ejaculate. Although, when you go a while without ejaculating, especially during puberty, guys tend to think more about girls and feel and increase in "manliness". So it doesn't really strengthen you, it just affects your way of thinking and possibly even your hormone levels.

That is a great question. Muhammad Ali used to not have sex with his wife for up to 6 months before a big fight because he believed it DID affect his power and stamina in the ring.

I have done some pretty intense research on this matter and came to the following conclutions.

1. It does affect you for a limited amount of time. That amount of time is different for each person.

2. The mental affect is more compelling. According to Balor medical the known action does affect the mind because of natural instincts.

I don't think it hurts you. Some coaches think not releasing it builds up your aggression so they encourage guys on a team to not release any. But that screws up your sleep. Better to get lots of good restful sleep, its healthier.

only momentarily- meaning that right after orgasm men tend to feel very tired and want to go to sleep.

But overall, there are no ill effects.
