His voice changes, he starts growing hair (first on arms and legs, then on armpits, pubes, chest, and face), his shoulders will start to broaden, he usually reaches a growth spurt where he will grow rapidly (may be over the course of a couple years), he'll start to get into girls, he will be able to ejaculate, he may get acne. Those are some usually things that happen over the course of a few years while the boy is going through puberty. His hormones goes crazy and he begins to really discover his sexuality and at times it will make his parents nuts.

When a guy hits puberty, there are a few minutes when he completely blacks out. This is a normal "reboot" process when control of all thought processes, personal goals, desired objectives, and motivational influences are suddenly transferred from the brain to the penis. About 50 years later, a phenomonen called "male menopause" can occasionally cause another momentary blackout when this process reverses itself to some degree.

He gets taller fast, he gets body hair, the organs down there develop and start making the male fluids, he starts thinking about sex, his voice deepens, he gets more muscular--he starts to grow into a man in other words.
