What his reported net worth is and what it actually is are going to be two completely different things.

Read that. That was Bush in 2001 trying to make it so Presidential records can stay sealed indefinitely instead of only protecting Presidents for the 12 years after they are elected.
The Bush's apparently have quite a bit to hide.

GHW Bush's financials are public for the years he was in office. Jeb's are public now, as he's in office now. This is the same way you saw the current President's & can see just about any politician's, because they're private tax returns are published for you to look at. Why don't you do a couple searches & find out. Check on the Clinton's while you're at it, & Jimmy Carter who said he was a poor farmer when he ran for office & lives pretty well jetting around the world now. i don't know your answer off hand, but go search around a bit & you'll find it just fine.

Yeah, that's public info, and it was reported recently. I just forget right now.
I think it's on the order of $30M or $40M - and I only know that because it was in comparison to Mitt Romney, who's worth is reported at $250M minimum, possibly $500M.
edit to T-Bone - Who said anything about Republican vs. Democrat? That was all YOU saying that. The question was about Bush's net worth.

It seems to be around $9 million, from what I have read. This figure is only "documented", so much is hidden from the public view, we'll probably find out years from now. You can bet your life it's a heck of a lot more than that.

i don't know about him individually but the bush family is worth billions...but you will never catch them on any Forbes list...

well the saudi arabians have given the bush family about $1,000,000,000.00 in the last 20 years.
