Hello, I'm not sure what kind of computer you have, however I was having similar problem with my Sony Vaio Laptop which is solved now. I also have window vista home premium. I called Sony Support line, and they gave me a link to update the driver, after installation of updated driver, it works just fineYou may also like to contact your computer manfacturer, they may have some patch or updated driver to resolve your issue, or you may like go at your computer manufacturer's web site and research updated driver.
Good luck

You need to download an updated Vista Driver. The driver you have showing is probably the old driver from the last OS.
