Just my opinion...
First and foremost if you don't know how to cook...Try to learn how to!, It is VERY important to at least have an idea on how to prepare or at least cook basic meals. After you get the hang of it it will be such a breeze...
...With regards to Fast Food that you bring to work I would suggest selecting the ones which could benefit your body the most, by this I mean, the "healthy options". A lot of Fast Food this days offer Healthy Selections - McDonalds, Wendy's and a lot more jumped into the Healthy Options band wagon which I think is a good thing - just remember, even if your metabolism works like a well oiled machine, Your body can only take so much of Fast Food, I still recommend trying to learn how to fix your own meal, at least you know and can be really sure of what goes into the food that goes into your mouth.
Goodluck man!

If you must eat microwave meals, try getting the organic ones. Check out the ethnic sections of your supermarket. There are lots of choices that are either vacuum packed (don't need to freeze) or just require water (however, they can be high in sodium). Or buy a premade rotisserie chicken and some healthier sides in the prepared foods section of your market, and package in lunch portion sizes each day. Or keep cans of good hearty soups (and a can opener and bowl) in your desk for emergencies.
If you're near a Trader Joe's, they have a lot of decent meals in their refrigerator, freezer and other sections that are higher quality than some of the other stuff out there.
If you don't even have time to make a sandwich or salad, there are a variety of sanwiches and entree sized green salads with meats/proteins in most grocery stores.
If you don't have time to cook, get a crock pot. They come with simple instructions for a variety of healthy meals that ANYONE can make. You're just throwing the ingredients in and turning it one. Do it before bed and it will cook while you sleep. Freeze in individual containers and you'll have plenty of healthy meals (and it's a lot cheaper than fast food to boot).
Since you have a high metabolism, pack healthy snacks, that have healthy fat, protein and fiber. Keep in your drawer at work: small baggies of nuts mixed with dried fruit/a jar of pb and tupperware container of crackers. Or if there's a refrigerator, some string cheese/hummus and veggies.
And you can make healthy fast food choices -- get an entree salad and a baked potato at Roy Rogers -- or a Roast Beef sandwich with lots of veggie toppings and avoid the mayo. Sandwiches from delis (watch the cheese and condiments). Even pizza can be healthy if watch the higher grease/fat toppings like sausage and pepperoni, and pile on the veggies.
Try to drink water, teas and juices instead of sodas.

Well Mac, I guess the Big Mac is not for you!
With todays' changing world, fast food actually offers more healthier options these days. You can get a salad with grilled chicken from MacDonalds. Carl's Jr. has a chicken salad as well. (But I like the one at MacDonalds because the chicken is served warm on the salad).
You have to just be able to have the willpower in place when you go into a fast food restaurant, and order the salad instead of the burger.

Try bringing cans of soup or chili with you to work. All you need to do is follow the microwave directions on the can and have a large enough microwave safe bowl (or a decent sized glass measuring cup works well, espceially with its handle). Add some crackers or bread and you'll have a quick and good lunch.

I would strongly suggest you learn how to make Asian food. Get a wok, wooden spoons, cutting board, good knife and you are basically set. Check out Cook's magazine for the best instructions and idea's. You can cook chicken breast with onions and peppers and spinach in less than 10 minutes. It takes that long to order something and have a fast food place get it right. Eat real food. You'll live longer.

You should put an emphasis on high protein and carbohydrate foods. They stick with you longer, so your metabolism can;t gobble them up as fast. There's actually some healthy rice meals that are microwaveable for instance.

Buy Lean Cuisines or bring salads. They are healthy and quick to make. Throw some lettuce in a bowl, alone with some canned veggies and maybe strips of chicken breast (they sell it precooked at the stores) Put some salad dressing on it and badabing! there's lunch. Or just order healthy stuff from the take out places. Like salads.....chili...or rice with chicken (if u do chinese)

Fast food restaurant offer healthy food, as well. How about a nice sandwich from Quizno or Publix ( I do not know what state you are from, but Publix is a chain of supermarkets). There are more choices now, besides greasy hamburguers and fries. Good luck and good health.
