The best conditioning I did was definitely running, lots of it! Distances, windsprints, suicides, craddling runs... Running in general. Here's some other resources too...

Well, it's a book, not a website, but check out "101 Strength and Conditioning Exercises and Drills for Lacrosse" by Thomas Emma. It's $30 but it's worth it.
