kind of close

x=0
and 2x+3 = 0 -> 2x=-3 -> x=-3/2

nope
there are two answers because this is a quadratic equation
2x^2 + 3x = 0
x(2x + 3) = 0
x = {0, -3/2}
(meaning x is either 0 or -3/2)

Not quite. You got the factoring and x=0 right, but then you mixed up solving 2x+3=0 This becomes 2x=-3 -> x=-3/2

x.(2x + 3) = 0
x = 0, x = - 3/2

partially
x = 0, -3/2

you should set it up as
x = 0
and
2x + 3 = 0
2x =-3
x = -3/2

where the pieces are set to zero and not nec. the x itself.
