sylar got stabbed by hiro and slinked away into the sewer. hiro went back in time to what is presumably his acestors. nathan flew away with peter to make him explode in space and nathan may have died, but i think peter lived. parkman may die after getting shot by sylar. ando is back in japan.

seresh and molly team up with matt and claire's dad and escape and seresh and molly meet up with nikki and her son and that one dude that phases

hiro finds ando just as sylar is about to cut his head open and hiro teleports ando back to japan while he goes to new york to kill sylar

meanwhile peter goes to get help from nathan but he and his mom end up taking claire and try to evacuate her and she escapes by jumping out a window.

peter looks for claire and passes out after he almost blows up
and he sees that old black dude he was taking care of from the beginning of the show and pete finds out that his mom and the dude knew all about his and nathans powers and also about the bomb he wakes up and claire's dad is with him

all the heroes go to the street where peter and sylar are about to fight as sylar is choking peter matt tries and shoot him but sylar stops the bullets and sends them right back at him and matt is shot

nikki grabs a parking meter and hits sylar in the back therefore breaking his chokehold on peter

peter starts to beat the crap outta sylar when his hands start glowing

hiro comes outta nowhere and supposedly kills sylar by stabbing him but as peter tells hiro to kill him so he won't blow up sylar uses psychic to trow him away but hiro teleports

bennet is too weak to shoot peter and claire comes running and she takes the gun and is unable to shoot peter that's when nathan comes flying down has a heart to heart with her and takes peter in to the air as he explodes as everyone watches in awe (with the exception of matt and nikki's husband both of whom are shot)

it ends with claire and her dad talking about going home

matt being loaded up into and ambulance and that little girl saying "you're my hero"

i'm assuming nikki has her family again

and sylar seems to have escaped or was taken down a manhole and you see this cockroach coming out

and hiro teleports to the 1600's with that guy from those stories he read and another eclipse (like the one they had) happens

that's pretty much all of what happened

oh wait!! that girl that can find anyone says theres one person she doesn't want to think about because he can see her when she does plus you find out that it was that one girl who matt found earlier in the series : )
