I won an item on ebay and paypal is not letting me pay unless I add another credit card?

Is there any other way around this i don't have another credit card. I have a feedback score of 12 (100%) and have never had any problems with ebay before. Can anyone help me out?

PayPal has a section on their website with a telephone number where you can call them.

You may also be able to send them a note from their website, regarding your problem and concern about it.

Tell them you have only one credit card.
Ask them the reason they want another card from you.
