Ask a question to remove points and then vote til you get to 5000. That way no one will give you best answer.

ask some questions to loose points then vote on answers they give you only one point when you vote on a best answer so you will be able to stop at 5000

Ask enough questions to cut your points. You could also stop giving great answers that end up as best.
The alternative is to aim for a bigger number as your stopping point, like 5555.
