While I don't know of any ways to officially rid yourself of freckles, I do know of a topical solution to age spots, discolorations - & it has helped a bit with new freckles on my face.
It's called hydroquinone - it can be found in several products, a lot of products to help even out ebony skin.
You might want to check out this link just for some info.
The product I use is roughly $1.50 - suprisingly! And it can be found at the Dollar General store.

Umm, growing out of them.
They are a naturally occuring skin pigment. Most people will grow out of most of their freckles, but I know very few people who had them (to a decent extent) that still dont' have a few today. For my sisters, the sun brought them out even more so staying out of the sun might be another option for you.
