I couldn't find any in a quick search... I'd check with a hobby shop by going thru their catalogue.

I did find an O-Scale working model: http://www.legacystation.com/LGBElectric.htm , but it's priced at almost $500 (USD) !!

I looked at the Perley Thomas Streetcars (New Orleans), and they sure would make a GREAT plastic model !!

I would probably end up buying an HO or O scale flat-car and then use Plasti-struct shaped materials to build it from scratch...
