I cooked some for dinner. It's spaghetti & meat sauce with LOADS of government cheese. Have you ever heard of types of subsidized apartments, called the PROJECTS? Well that's where PROJECT comes from. My dad invented that dish before he died. I miss him.

sorry about your dad i miss mine too.but i will have some spaghetti and government cheese! man i love that cheese you could get it in the 5 pound blocks and just 1 slice was all you needed to make a perfect grilled cheese sandwich! i never lived in the projects but i had 5 children and they all loved that cheese and spaghetti is always good! thank you.
