My funny bone hurts?

my elbow hurts the same way as if i hit it. It really does hurt!!! I didnt hit my elbow...and its been hurting for a week now....or more...it comes and goes and that horrible feeling is there all the time..like pinching a nerve or something!!! what can it be? what is it??....I cant take it anymore!!!!!!
