..like because she's 16 and that's the age of consent...so like what would happen if she got pregnant?..i wouldn't think anything because she's age of consent, but my friend asked me but i wasn't so sure so i decided to ask all of you.

Most states have an age of consent law and usually within two years is not illegal. Please check with legal aid or a lawyer in your town - or do some Internet research. Nobody is qualified to answer that except a licensed lawyer in your state. However, if it does happen to be illegal, then the 18 year old would go to jail if the parents press charges. The 18 year old would also be considered a sex offender and would have to register for the rest of their lives and have a nasty history to carry around. Perhaps a DNA test would exonerate him but if it was his baby, the parents have full right to do what the law allows.
Try being responsible and abstain. If you can't abstain (not have sex) then use a condom. More than babies can happen from unprotected sex. Diseases like HPV, chlamydia, HIV, Herpes and the like are transmitted that way and just taking their "word" that they're clean isn't enough.
Condoms too expensive? Try pricing a pack of diapers :) Condoms too embarrassing to buy? Try showing your genitalia to a bunch of doctors when its got an STD. Think about it :) Good luck.

The age of consent in Wisconsin is 18. It is no longer a felony sexual assault but just a misdemeanor sexual contact to have consensual sex with a minor who is 16 or 17.

No, it is not legal in Wisconsin. I know people who have been in trouble with the law in the same situation that you mentioned.

yes. i live in WI and this happened to a girl at my school. she got pregnant with some guy who was 19 and someone reported it. he had a small jail sentence and a lot of community service.

welll why the sake you want to have sex with a under age girls anyways cause most states are illegal to adate or have children under ages in their teens . such as calif isnt illegal but some others things are. i dont know you gotta ask somebody who live in Wiscomsin ? but i can tell you that nomatter if you end up gettng a any young teenagers girls whom stilll baby and stilll unmatture that you can get in trouble for having sex with under ages girls if youre 18 yearo ld is adult . most people will think youre a jerk who just use them for one thing. so if you dont want to be first time 18 year old father alike others 18 year old guys already are the daddies to theirs kids . i think it better to not have sex with the girl you had adateing and just wait til she finished high school first and move out of her parenst house and get job to support the child . cause if you guys just had a baby right way then you both wouldnt able have the money to get a own place , pay alot of bills such as childsupport, you have do buy everything for a kid , take care of the child every days , nights by bottles feeding, changing dirty diapers, buy the things for the child what it needs . then you might have get married so early age wouldnt able have the second chances to do the things you usedo wanna to do in your own life . you will miss alot of things that you will miss doing out there in the future. plus youre girlfriend might not allow you go out places with youre guys friends so often . she might keep you at home to help her takin care of the child all time. you wouldnt able go out at all. so iam just telling it just risk of time just wait til you are both are aready to have children when youre are older adults .waste time !! oh my what , about her parenst what happpen her parenst find out that she was pregnanted by you , what would they think and say what you done to their baby girl . most little girls parents might not take it easy . so i better think you should think about it and should do the right thing . and you should have safe sex all time cause if you dont one of you might end up caughting something alike StD, HIV or other diseases . plus i hope she isnt taking everything so serious from you about having sex with you and just not thinking that she really in love with you . most girls for her age think that way .

If you use protection, she won't get pregnant.
And, I would guess its not ok. Because your an adult, and shes just a teenager.
