i feel very ashamed because no matter how hard i tried, i just still can't balance the equation....:'((( ...can someone please tell me how i can practice balancing especially for combustion?

Im not exactly sure. Are you 100% certain that the equition is correct and that the water and carbondioxide produce that? Usually when you try and try and cant balance an equation it is usually the wrong formula.
How about:
7 H20 + 12 CO2 ---> 2 C6H70 + 14.5 O2
or if your prefer :
14 H20 + 24 CO2 ---> 4 C6H70 + 29 O2

Combustion equation suck because they are redox reactions in disguise. Consider the end product and the reactants.
For the carbons in one mole of end product, you need 6 moles of CO2.
For the hydrogen in one mole of end product, you need 3.5 moles of water.
But these reactants provide much more oxygen than you have in the product. So the equation as given can't be balanced!!

6H20(l)+6CO2(g)= C6H12O6(s)+602(g)(this is photosynthesis. it occurs inthe presence of sunlight). in balancing chemical equations first know the products from the reaction. secondly equalize the number of types of atoms on each side.and thirdly , and last but not least , know the type of reaction (this is very inportant to know ,it is very useful.) and write your state symbols.

6H20 + 6CO2 => sunlight => C6H12O6 + 6O2

Photosynthesis

If you want combustion like methane:

CH4 + 2O2 => Heat => CO2 +2H2O
