What factors affect growth? I'm 5'7 at age 14, and my parents are shorter than me. Are there any ways to grow taller (stretching, etc.)?

Your genetics are some of the biggest factors, but proper nutrition can also affect how high you grow. You may have ancestors who are taller than your parents which you could have a recessive gene which could make you grown taller. I don't know of any other ways besides growth hormones that would make you grow taller.

Your height is genetically programmed. Stretching won't make you taller. But, it sounds like you are on your way to at least 5'9" or so since you haven't hit your fast growing year (around 15-16).

Your genetics are the biggest factors when it comes to your height. You have 6 more years to grow, so I am sure you will grow a little more.

Your height is limited to your genes, but drinking milk (calcium) and staying active will help with an inch or two.
